You can book your excursion or activity directly through our website. It's very simple: click on the excursion / activity you want to book and click on the booking field. Then choose the day you want (each excursion / activity is only available on the marked days). Now select the number of participating adults, children or infants, fill out the form with your data, confirm and complete your personal details and then select your preferred payment method.

We only accept debit or credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. During the booking process you will be informed of the respective payment method.

For some excursions you will receive a pick-up time directly when booking, for some other excursions we will send you a second email with all the important information about the transfer. The meeting point is either directly at your hotel or at a nearby location, max. 5 minutes walk from your hotel.

Yes, you can contact us if you want to change or cancel a booking. You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours in advance without giving a reason. For exclusive bookings up to 7 days in advance.

If you cancel up to 24 hours (exclusively up to 7 days in advance), you will be reimbursed in full.

In the case of activities or excursions in the open air, it can happen that the excursion has to be canceled due to bad weather conditions. In this case you will be refunded the full amount. In most cases, we will inform you 24 hours in advance so that you can plan with certainty.

Car Rental

You can book your rental car directly through our website. Click on “Rental Car” on the start page. You will then be directed to our rental car page. Then select the desired rental period. If you click further, you will be shown all available rental cars with current prices.

We accept credit cards, PayPal and cash on site.

The following services are included in all rental car offers:

  • Fully comprehensive insurance with no excess
  • no mileage limit
  • free 2nd driver

You can cancel or rebook your booked rental car up to 24 hours in advance without giving a reason. If you want to rebook, we will inform you of the alternative dates.

If you cancel up to 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund.

You will also receive our contact details on your confirmation. You can reach us 24/7.

You can easily book a transfer from or to the airport through our website. Simply click on the "Transfer" button, click on "Book" and enter the day and the desired time. Then enter the number of adults, children or infants attending, fill out the form with your details and complete the payment.
After the organizer has confirmed the booking, you will receive a confirmation from us by e-mail. All important information relating to the transfer and the contact details of the organizer are also noted here. This may take a few hours if, for example, you made the booking outside normal business hours.

We only accept debit or credit card payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover.

Yes, you can contact us if you want to change or cancel a booking. We will then check whether and how the booking can be modified or canceled and contact the organizer immediately.

If you cancel up to 24 hours before the start of the transfer, the full amount will be refunded. However, depending on the banking company, the repayment can take up to 10 working days. If the cancellation is made after the above-mentioned period of 24 hours before the start of the transfer, you will be refunded 50 % of the amount already paid.

The price per child or highchair is €5 per trip and piece.

The driver will be waiting for you at the "Meeting Point" in the arrivals hall (located on the ground floor of the airport building). After you have collected the suitcases from the baggage carousel and left the security area, simply go to the meeting point in the middle of the airport hall, which is also signposted. The driver will be waiting there with a sign with your name on it.

That's not a problem since you enter your flight details during the booking process. If your flight is delayed, the driver will take the new flight arrival time into account and will meet you at the changed time.

As soon as the organizer has confirmed the booking, you will automatically receive a confirmation email from us with all the contact details of the organizer, whom you can contact directly if, for example, you have problems on arrival or if you cannot find the driver, etc.

Yes, if the distance from the center of Cala Ratjada to the finca is short, then the fare is the same. However, we still recommend that you contact us in advance to confirm this.

Yes, although we mainly operate in and around Cala Ratjada, we also offer transfers in all locations on the island and at very competitive prices. Feel free to contact us without obligation.

Yes, you can contact us if you want to change or cancel a booking. You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours in advance.

If you cancel up to 48 hours before the start of the transfer, the full amount will be refunded. Depending on the bank, the refund can take up to 10 working days, but if you paid with PayPal, the refund will be made immediately.
