General Terms and Conditions (AGB)
1. scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all enquiries, bookings and services made via the website calaratjada.com or by e-mail between the user and the provider.
Any deviating terms and conditions of the user shall not apply unless their validity has been expressly agreed to in writing.

This website offers information, enquiries and bookings for the following services:

Excursions & activities
Travel-related information (city guide, blog)
The exact scope of services can be found in the respective offer description or the individual booking confirmation.
4. conclusion of contract
A contract is concluded as soon as the user submits a booking enquiry and this is expressly confirmed by the provider (e.g. by e-mail).
The presentation of the services on the website represents No legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to enquire.
5. prices & terms of payment
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are in euros.
The terms of payment are agreed individually as part of the respective booking. The provider reserves the right to demand down payments or advance payments.
6. changes and availability
The provider endeavours to provide an up-to-date and correct presentation of the services offered. We reserve the right to make changes to the scope of services, prices or availability, particularly in the case of seasonal or weather-dependent services.
7. cancellation & withdrawal
The conditions for cancellations or changes to a booking are based on the respective offer conditions and are communicated to the user as part of the booking confirmation.
Booked excursions can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance (days apply, not the start of the tour) and the guest will receive a full refund.
For exclusive bookings or group bookings this period is one week.
Without a separate agreement, there is no automatic entitlement to cancellation free of charge.
8. liability
The provider is only liable for damages caused by wilful or grossly negligent breach of duty.
The provider accepts no liability for external services to which reference is merely made (e.g. third-party providers, external websites).
9 Liability for content & external links
The content of this website has been compiled with the greatest possible care. However, no guarantee is given for the accuracy, completeness and up-to-dateness of the content.

11 Applicable law & place of jurisdiction
The law of the Kingdom of Spain shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
The place of jurisdiction is, as far as legally permissible, the registered office of the provider.

Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
